TallCenter Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using TallCenter, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TallCenter.

2. Eligibility, minors, and guardians

TallCenter currently supports ages 10–20. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the digital-consent or contract age where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, supervise use, and provide any required consent. A guardian who creates or manages an account for a minor represents that they have authority to do so.

3. Accounts

You may begin with anonymous access and may link an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for device and account security, accurate information, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Some account recovery and cross-device access may be unavailable until an account is linked.

4. Educational wellness service—not medical advice

TallCenter provides general educational wellness information and an educational family-height estimate derived from self-reported inputs and the mid-parental method. TallCenter is not a medical device, bone-age test, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, or guarantee of current or adult height.

Estimates have substantial uncertainty. Self-reported inputs may be wrong, bodies develop differently, and no sleep, food, supplement, stretch, or exercise routine can guarantee additional height. Do not delay or replace professional care because of TallCenter. Consult a qualified pediatrician or other healthcare professional about growth, development, nutrition, pain, injury, or other health concerns. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Your content and information

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Micavo a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve TallCenter. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

TallCenter may offer free and paid features, including monthly or annual subscriptions. The price, trial (if any), billing period, and benefits shown in the purchase screen at checkout control. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and may be managed through RevenueCat.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through the store account used for purchase. Deleting TallCenter or deleting app data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store’s policies. You may use “Restore purchases” to restore eligible entitlements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TallCenter for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the app, accounts, quotas, subscriptions, or systems.
• Reverse engineer or copy TallCenter except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Submit another person’s personal or health-related information without authority and required consent.
• Present TallCenter output as a medical diagnosis, guaranteed outcome, or professional advice.
• Use the service in a way that risks the safety of a minor or promotes unsafe exercise, disordered eating, unapproved hormones, drugs, or supplements.

8. Intellectual property

TallCenter, including its software, design, text, branding, and content (excluding your content), belongs to Micavo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service under these Terms.

9. Third-party services

TallCenter may rely on Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, and other service providers for distribution, authentication, cloud operations, notifications, analytics, and purchases. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Service and feature changes

We may modify, test, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, supported languages, plans, prices, or the service. We may release beta features that are less reliable. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using TallCenter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create risk for users or systems, fail to pay, or when continued service is unlawful or impractical. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallCenter is provided “as is” and “as available.” Micavo disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant any growth result or that estimates, plans, reminders, content, or stored records will be error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micavo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities, or decisions made from TallCenter output. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Micavo for TallCenter in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. If you continue using TallCenter after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms; otherwise, stop using the service.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about TallCenter. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Micavo may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available where you live are not limited by these Terms.
